1.) Now select both of the feet, legs, or shoes. Depending on your character, once you selected them Convert to Symbol. Now choose Movie Clip, and name your characters symbol legs. Click ok.

2.) Then insert keyframe on 3 and add a regular frame. Move the characters feet or legs opposite to how they were originally.

3.) Publish your animation and now you got a character doing a complete animation.
